PEACHTREE PREPAID TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Contract includes 100 minutes of telephone support. Support is charged at a rate per minute with no minimum charge and no expiration date. Actual time used will be deducted from your prepaid account. Support is provided Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and on Weekends and Holidays from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central Time. No premium is charged for After Hours calls.

PEACHTREE PAY PER CALL TELEPHONE SUPPORT
All Pay Per Call support is billed for actual time with a 10 minute minimum. Pay Per Call must be paid by Credit Card. Normal Hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central time Monday through Friday (Except Holidays). After Hours support is available from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
