Do the Inventory items short descriptions and therefore do not require a second line per item to print on invoices, orders, and quotes? Would you like to save paper by fitting more items on your invoice forms? When you print invoices that have multiple pages, do you end up using three pieces of paper instead of two because of redundant header information that takes up half of the second and third page?

SS2 - Short Second Page/Concise Invoice Format allows you to print each transaction on a single line so you can fit more items on each printed invoice, order or quote, as well as adding to the readability of your documents. Plus, this enhancement will use less paper since redundant header information is omitted on any page following the first page of each document.

After installing SS2 - Short Second Page/Concise Invoice Format, you will get the following Document Format options when printing documents from Enter Invoices/Orders/Quotes and when selecting Print Documents from the Sales Invoicing Reports menu:

To print the SS2 - Short Second Page/Concise Invoice Format, select PeachPro Custom Invoice and the detail lines of your invoices, orders and quotes will print similar to the following:

The SS2 - Short Second Page/Concise Invoice Format is not affected by the Peachtree Customized Document options nor is it affected by the Invoicing/OE Options for Print Inventory Dept Code, Print Document Number, Document Message, and Print Assembly Components. If you have Print Document Default set to Y or N, you will not be asked if you want to print in Enter Documents, you will automatically be prompted for the Document Format selection. If you do not want to print on the fly, simply press F10-Done to exit the selection box.

If you want to include messages on your PeachPro Invoice Format, you can get enhancement SMI - Sales Document Message at no additional charge. This enhancement allows you to enter and save special sales messages to be printed only on your PeachPro Invoice and PeachPro Packing Slip formats. This format is also available for packing slips which are similar to invoices but do not contain prices, provides blank spaces for quantity shipped, and lists the item location for faster order processing.
