Does your company need to have an unpriced copy of the SPS - Short Second Page Invoice Format to go out with your invoices, orders or quotes? If your customers require a packing slip to be shipped with their order, use SPS - Short Second Page Packing Slip to print a packing slip that looks identical to the Short Second Page Invoice Format, except it contains no prices and quantity shipped is left blank to be filled in by warehouse workers or order fillers. The SPS - Short Second Page Packing Slip even lists the Location stored in the Inventory Items file.

After installing SPS - Short Second Page Packing Slip, you will get the following Document Format options when printing documents from Enter

Invoices/Orders/Quotes and when selecting Print Documents from the Sales Invoicing Reports menu:

To print the SPS - Short Second Page Packing Slip, select K - PeachPro Packing Slip. The header on the first page of the Packing Slip will be unchanged, but the document detail lines and second page header will look like the following:

The SPS - Short Second Page Packing Slip is not affected by the Peachtree Customized Document options nor is it affected by the Invoicing/OE Options for Print Inventory Dept Code, Print Field Titles, Print Document Number, Document Message, and Print Assembly Components. If you have Print Document Default set to Y or N, you will not be asked if you want to print in Enter Documents, you will automatically be prompted for the Document Format selection. If you do not want to print on the fly, simply press F10-Done to exit the selection box.

Field Titles will automatically print on the PeachPro Packing Slip. If you do not want Field Titles to print on the PeachPro Packing Slip, you can get activation code SNT - No Field Titles On Packing Slips at no additional charge. If you want to include messages on your PeachPro Packing Slip Format, you can get enhancement SMI -Sales Document Message at no additional charge.

This enhancement allows you to enter and save special sales messages to be printed only on your PeachPro Invoice and PeachPro Packing Slip formats.

If this format appeals to your company needs and you want to print even more lines on each page, you can get SCC - Short Second Page/Concise Packing Slip instead, which prints the detail lines of your packing slip using one line per item for items with short description plus omits redundant header information on multiple page documents.
