Do you find changing lines on large invoices, orders, or quotes to be tedious and time consuming? Normally, the List function starts at the beginning of the invoice, and can only move forward, making changes difficult. If you change a line on the fifth screen, you must redisplay screens one thru five before you can change a line on screen six. Now you can save time when editing documents by using SNS - Easily Edit Large Documents!

After installing SNS - Easily Edit Large Documents, you'll get the following options displayed at the bottom of the screen in Enter Invoices/Orders/Quotes when selecting F5-List:

To display the next ten lines of the invoice, choose N. To display the previous ten lines of the invoice, choose P. To display the first ten lines of the invoice, choose F. To display the last ten lines of the invoice, choose L. To redisplay the current screen, choose S. To jump ahead or back more than one screen at a time, choose J and you'll get the following prompt:

Answering 1 is the same as choosing "N" on the previous prompt. Answering -1 is the same as choosing "P" on the previous prompt. If you enter a number greater than number of available screens, you will go to the first screen or last screen, depending on whether a positive or negative value was entered.
