Use your PeachPro invoices, orders, and quotes, to help you sell! Tell your customers about new products, promotions and sales with a four line by forty character message. When you use a PeachPro Invoice or Packing Slip format, you can use SMI - Sales Invoice Message to set up a message that automatically prints on every invoice, order, and quote that uses a PeachPro format. With SMI - Sales Invoice Message, you can easily change the message as often as you want.

After installing SMI - Sales Invoice Message, you must add a service item to your inventory module. To set up a message to print on PeachPro Invoice formats, add a service item to department "ZZZ" with item number "INVOICE MESSAGE". Type the message to print on the invoices in the extended description box, as shown below:

You can enter any product code you want, except "F", and the document message will print at the bottom left corner of the document as shown below:

If you would prefer to print the message in the body of the document after the last line item, enter a product code of "F" for the Inventory item.

You can also enter a special message that prints on PeachPro Packing Slips by adding a service item to department "ZZZ", Item Number "PACKING MESSAGE". The message entered into the extended description box will only print on PeachPro Packing Slip formats. If the product code is an "F", the message will print after the last line on the packing slip, otherwise it will print at the bottom left corner.
