Provide lookup into SI documents by Ship-to Name. If only the Ship Name lookup is activated the screen below appears when on the Doc Number field showing a [CtlF2-SHIP] F-Key at the bottom of the screen.

When [CtlF2-SHIP] is pressed a lookup appears as follows sorted by the Ship Name:

The user can also enter the first character or so of the Ship Name and the lookup will start with entries matching those starting characters. The lookup is case sensitive so be sure to use the right case for the start characters. The lookup only contains the first 14 characters of the Ship Name.

This lookup is available in Query Documents also when looking up by Document ID. When first activating the Ship Name Lookup, SLS, it is necessary to run the menu option "Rebuild Special SI Lookups" in the Extended Processing Options. Once this is run it will index all current and posted documents so they are available for lookup. As new documents are entered they will automatically appear in the lookup.
