Quickly get to your documents by purchase order number!

SLP - Lookup Documents by PO Number gives you the ability to lookup documents by PO Number. To access SLP - Lookup Documents by PO Number goto Edit Documents and at the document number prompt a new menu key CTLF2-PO# now appears at the bottom of the screen.

To find a particular document by PO Number first select the Doc Type you wish to edit, then press CTRL-F2 and a lookup box will appear listing all active documents for the type of document you wish to edit. Simply arrow up or down to the document you wish to edit and press Enter.

If you already know the PO Number or the starting characters of a specific document then simply enter the number in Doc Number and press CTRL-F2. A lookup will appear showing only the documents that contain the starting characters of the PO Number your specified. This will allow you to quickly scan the appropriate documents.

If you have enhancement SIQ - Sales Invoicing Enhanced Query you can lookup posted or active invoices, quotes, and orders by PO Number.
