Quickly find your invoice, order, or quote by job number!

SLJ - Lookup Documents by Job Number gives you the ability to lookup documents by job number. To access SLJ - Lookup Documents by Job Number goto Edit Documents and at the document number prompt a new menu key CTLF2-JOB # now appears at the bottom of the screen.

To find a particular document by job number first select the Doc Type you wish to edit, then press CTRL-F2 and a lookup box will appear listing all active documents for the type of document you wish to edit. Simply arrow up or down to the document you wish to edit and press Enter.

If you already know the job number or the starting characters of a specific job number simply enter the number in Doc Number and press CTRL-F2. A lookup will appear showing only the documents that contain the starting characters of the job number your specified. This will allow you to quickly scan the appropriate documents.

If you have enhancement SIQ - Sales Invoicing Enhanced Query you can lookup posted or active invoices, quotes, and orders by Job Number.
