SCU - Custom Invoice Format allows you to have your invoice changed to suit your companys' needs. Customizing will allow you to make your invoice look the way you want it to look!

Here are just a few of the examples of what you can do with Custom Invoicing:

• Print separate totals for PARTS, LABOR, FREIGHT and others
• Suppress printing of Department or Product ID
• Change, delete, or move Field Titles and Header Information
• Print both the regular and extended Item Description
• Print on short forms or other unique form sizes
• Print text to fit on Custom printed forms

After installing a Custom Invoice Format, you will get the following Document Format options when printing documents from Enter Invoices/Orders/Quotes and when selecting Print Documents from the Sales Invoicing Reports menu:

To print the SCU - Custom Invoice Format, select PeachPro Custom Invoice and the invoice will print as you have specified. The Custom Invoice Format is not affected by the Peachtree Customized Document options nor is it affected by the Invoicing/OE Options for Print Inventory Dept Code, Print Document Number, Document Message, and Print Assembly Components. If you have Print Document Default set to Y or N, you will not be asked if you want to print in Enter Documents, you will automatically be prompted for the Document Format selection. If you do not want to print on the fly, simply press F10-Done to exit the selection box.

If you want to include messages on your PeachPro Invoice Format, you can get enhancement SMI - Sales Document Message at no additional charge. This enhancement allows you to enter and save special sales messages to be printed only on your PeachPro Invoice and PeachPro Packing Slip formats.
