Change titles on the Enter Documents screen to simplify data entry and reduce errors!

To make changes to your Sales Invoicing Screens select "C - Maintain Enhanced Entry" from your S/I Maintenance Screen.

Choosing "H - Customize Header Field Names" will bring up the following screen:

Each Field can be changed within the space provided.

[F7-Save] will save your changes.

[F5] is used to toggle you between the first screen (Current invoice entry), the second screen (Repeating invoice entry) and the third screen (Quote entry). When you are on the repeating invoice entry screen you can change the field titles for: CUSTOMER ID, DOC ID, FREQUENCY, BEGINNING DATE, PERIODS TO PROCESS, LAST PROCESS DATE, and DOCUMENT STATUS. Other fields that also appear on the current invoice entry screen will be displayed on the screen but they will be "grayed" out and are not editable. These fields can be edited from the current invoice screen.. When you are on the Quotes entry screen you will be able to change the EXPIRES field, other fields will be displayed but are editable only through the current invoice entry maintenance screen.

[F8-RESTORE] will restore all screens back to the factory defaults and [F10-DONE] will bring you back to the maintain enhanced entry menu. Please note that [F10] will not save the screen, [F7-Save] must be used to save your screen.

If you choose "T - Customize Line Column Titles" at the Maintain Enhanced Entry menu you will see the following screen:

From this screen you can adjust the first 2 lines of the display to meet your needs. For example, you may use the Unit of Measure field to hold the Lot # as shown below:
