Do you have trouble finding items on your picking and packing slips because they are not listed in a logical order? With SBL detailed sales lines will print first by inventory location and then alphabetically by Prod ID/Item ID order within that inventory location. All other lines that do not refer to stocked inventory items will appear at the end of the document. In addition to Peachtree’s standard picking and packing slips, this new sorting method will also apply to the PeachPro custom documents available from Accounting Software Professionals.

This enhancement is designed to list inventory items by location on printed documents. This will not affect documents that do not list the inventory location, such as invoices, orders, etc.

The example below displays the Item Location. It is placed after the Unit field. (Note: Please refer to enhancement SBI if you only wish sorting by Item ID. If both SBI and SBL are active, SBL will take precedence over SBI.)
