| SAB Aging Balances on Sales Document Screen |
Improve collections and cash flow by getting an on-screen balance of customer activity before entering an invoice. View the balance owed to you by a customer and the past due amounts for 30, 60 and 90 days all in one easy to find location on the sales invoicing screen.
SAB - Aging Balances on Sales Document Screen displays aged balance information when entering or editing documents including quotes, orders, invoices, and credit memos. After entering the Customer ID on a sales document the normal information you see on the sales document first screen is supplemented with Aged Balances information which is displayed in the lower right corner of the screen.
The total of the other aging buckets includes the current period offset by any open credits. This Aging Information will be displayed over the normal Customer Credit information you see on the screen. To use SAB - Aging Balances on Sales Document Screen the option "Display Customer Credit/Bal must be set to "Y" in Maintain Options.
The Age Period Length is that which you set up in Maintain A/R Options.Note: Credit warnings will still occur if you have this option selected in Maintain Options.
