Don't get confused by next month's transactions when you query customers! See just the sales payments and credits you want based on transaction dates.

When Querying Customer Accounts you will be asked for an exclusion (cutoff) date. Transactions after the exclusion date will not be displayed, but the YTD and Current balances in Query Customers and List Customers will reflect ALL transactions for the customer, regardless of the exclusion date.

The exclusion date will default to the end of the current month. An exclusion date of 01/01/00 will select all current transactions, regardless of the date entered.
