Apply Services charges only to this month's open invoices and payments! RDP - Date Sensitive Apply Service Charges will prompt you for an exclusion date when applying service charges. Any invoices entered or payments received after the exclusion date will not be used when calculating service charges.

Service charges will be applied to paid invoices only if the payment was received after the exclusion date. The transaction date for the service charge will be the earlier of the system date or the exclusion date.
