POT Change Titles On Payroll Check Stub

Would you like to change check stub titles that print on the Payroll check stub? POT - Change Titles On Payroll Check Stub allows selected descriptions that print on the check stub to be changed.

After installing this enhancement, you will see a new function key, F6-Change Title, when prompted for the Run Date when printing payroll checks. To change the check stub titles, press F6 to get the following screen:

Enter the new titles and push F10 to save. The titles are only changed on the check stub. The rest of the system will still use the default titles. If you have more than one company, you must change the stub titles in each company.

When using this enhancement with PDS - Multiple Rates On Check Stub, the titles that print for multiple rates, "REG", "OT1", and "OT2", cannot be changed by using F6-Change Titles, but the other stub titles will be changed. If the check stub does not list multiple rates, then the titles for Regular, Overtime 1 and Overtime 2 will be changed, even with both enhancements active.
