The PHD - Horizontal Deduction Register feature changes the format of
the deduction register to print one line per person, instead of three
employees per page. The report looks like a payroll register, except the
taxes are totaled in one column and the miscellaneous deductions are itemized.
This report saves a lot of printer time and is especially useful if you
have several miscellaneous deductions.

Note: With PHD active you will not be prompted to choose "All" or "Current
Period" when printing the deduction register. The program assumes current
period. Therefore, if you attempt to print the register after running
post current period, you will receive the message "No Eligible Employees
Found". If you want to print a register for all periods, deactivate PHD.
