If you have only a few employees in each department, your Payroll Register
has a lot of blank paper. With Optional Department Totals, you can print
several departments on the same page and optionally omit department totals.
Optional Department Totals affects both the Payroll Register and the Hours/Earnings
Report and also works with enhancement PHD - Horizontal Deduction Register.
The following sample illustrates a Payroll Register without department
totals. (Right side of report not shown...)
