Add reminders and additional information to one employee's check stub! Print employee specific information right on their payroll check stub where your employee can't miss it! No one will ever be able to say, "no one told me". Remind them about their review, pay raise, insurance information.....anything you want! Print any one of the five user defined fields provided in Peachtree. To use the enhancement, PCE - Comment on Payroll Stub per Employee, when printing payroll checks, there will be a new function key labeled F5 - Stub Cmnt, available.

To change the Stub Comment, press the F5 key and the following screen will display:

If you select 'B', no comment will print on the payroll stub, if you select 'U', you are able to select one of the five user defined fields that have been setup in Maintain Employees to print as a comment on the payroll stub. Note: The comment will normally print on the left-hand side of the payroll check stub, however, if there is insufficient space for the comment to print on the left side, it will print on the right side of the check stub. If there is insufficient space to print the comment on either side, the comment will not print.
