Would you like to print the Inventory Item Number on the Purchase Order, instead of the Vendor Item Number?

With OPN - Print Inventory Item Number On PO, your Inventory Item Number, which is 15 characters long will print on the Purchase Order, instead of the Vendor Item Number.

The lines on a purchase order normally look like the following:

When OPN - Print Inventory Item Number On PO is installed, the purchase order lines will look like this:

When you enter items into inventory, you must put something in the Vendor Item Number field. You can use the word "SAME" to remind yourself that the Vendor Item Number is the same as your Inventory Item Number.

If you want to print the Department and the Inventory Item Number, then you need enhancement OPI - Print Inventory ID On PO, which prints 18 characters, 3 characters for Department and 15 characters for Inventory Item Number.
