AAC Account Number on Check
Has your vendor ever posted your payments to the wrong account? If vendors lose your check stub, they may post your money to someone else's account! With AAC - Account Number on Check, you can prevent these types of errors by automatically printing your account number or message, up to 25 characters of text, on your Accounts Payable check for each vendor.

To use enhancement AAC - Account Number on Check, simply enter the information you want printed on the check into User-Defined Field #5 in Maintain Vendors. Enter up to 25 characters of text exactly as you want it printed on the check below the check number. Only the field contents will print, the User-Defined Field Title in Maintain AP Options will NOT print on the check.

After entering "Account# 1234-567-9884" in the User-Defined Field #5 for vendor Phil Blass, the AP check for Phil Blass will print similar to the following:
